Using Our E-Shop
Introduction
We accept payment by cheques or by credit card using Mastercard, Visa, Switch or Maestro All prices quoted include VAT which is currently charged at 17.5%
£5.00 is added to the payment total for postage and packaging. For UK items, we use Royal Mail 'Signed For' recorded delivery for speed and security. Occasionally we may require additional postage payment for overseas delivery - but you will be advised of this prior to your order and payment being processed. We aim to deliver your prints within 5 working days (UK only - Please allow more time for overseas deliveries) - but often delivery will be sooner.
In the unlikely event of your print arriving damaged, we will send you a replacement if you contact us on ++ 44 (0) 1737 243355 and the damaged print is returned to us immediately.
We record and maintain a database of customers who have bought prints from us or requested brochures to be sent to them and we will send print updates or offers to you. We will not pass on any of your information to third parties and if you ever wish to be removed from our database, simply phone us on ++ 44 (0) 01737 24 33 55.

We despatch our prints in protective postage tubes and we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK deliveries should take a maximum of 5 working days from placing your order. However we aim to deliver UK orders within 3 working days from placing your order.
Please note that frequently we require a signature on delivery for all print orders. If you are not at the delivery address when a delivery is attempted, the print order will be taken to your nearest postal sorting depot. A card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve it.
'e-Shopping

Security
We use the internationally recognised PayPal payment facility in our e-shop and so you can be assured that when you shop with Not Just A Game Prints your details are 100% secure.
Similarly ordering data and payments made to Not Just A Game Prints by telephone or by mail-order is held and processed using security procedures.
Returns & Refunds
